Purpose of Position
Real Estate Professionals are responsible for the selling, leasing and marketing of residential, commercial and agricultural properties. An agent’s primary objective is to proactively identify business opportunities and establish relationships in order to generate current and future clients. A successful agent will be skilled at providing guidance, and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price, under the best terms.

Required Skills
• A valid Real Estate License
• A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to deliver exceptional client-based customer service
• Possess strong organizational, time and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven/effective ability to solve problems
