Gladys is… "Fit to sell homes…"

I was born and raised in the Mamornitz district just southwest of Buchanan Sk - a farm girl from a small town. "Growing up on a farm made me strong, it taught me to appreciate and value what I had, it had also prepared me for the world out there."

I have two children, Teagan Marie and Hunter Cash. Upon graduating from high school, level two education in Vancouver BC was completed, and graduation with a diploma in "Art In Merchandising". In these two years at Langara College I gained valued knowledge in the fields of Interior and Graphic Design, Display, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, and Communications. Having missed seeing the beautiful sunrise of Saskatchewan, we moved back home to Yorkton, the land of opportunity in 1995.

Knowing the benefits of staying healthy and working out, I had created an epidemic and had a positive impact on the people of Yorkton and area. This is where the 13 year career began in the fitness industry and I became a Certified Personal Trainer. In this time a well known and a branded reputation in the Yorkton and area was acquired. I believe working as a Personal Trainer for so many years allowed me to gain the necessary skills required to become the real estate agent you are looking for. 

Patience, trust, dedication, and commitment to you the client! 2010 finally made its way, and it had become a real turning point, but a turn for the better!  I had to say goodbye to Yorkton's greatest fitness center, and I had also been approached with an idea and the realization of becoming a real estate agent. When the opportunity arose I did not let it pass me by!  Even in such an eventful year, 2010, you could still find me at the gym working out and enjoying the outdoors. In fact a devotion to wildlife and enjoyment in being a member of three Wildlife Federations and volunteers with fundraising keeps me hopping, however in my spare time you may also find me painting signs and murals.

Gladys really pays attention to detail.  I believe I have a keen eye and can see beyond, I am able to listen and analyze the needs of my clients and I will go that extra mile to make sure my clients will get the home of their dreams.
