Colleen Ratcliffe

     I moved to Melfort with my family in 1989 to become the manager for the local 7-Eleven.  After 8 years there I was looking for a change and remembered the lovely Re/MAX lady who sold my house.  I started my Real Estate career in 1997 with RE/MAX Keystone Realty in Melfort, and became a Co-owner and Broker in 1999.  Over the many years in this industry, what I have enjoyed the most are the people I have met and become friends with.

     I have been involved with Ducks Unlimited in raising money to help preserve our wet lands.  Also I have helped to raise funding for the building of four Habitat for Humanity homes in Melfort, to help selected families with a hand up.  As my father was a war veteran, I also am a member of the local Legion Branch.

     In 2024 I became part of the RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty family.  I have met so many wonderful people in selling real estate in the past 27 years.  I'm very excited to be able to just focus on the fun part of this industry, finding the right home for new and old friends.
